How will the device reach us?

Mail it in (post it yourself) We email you our Parcel Collect address and packing instructions after payment. You buy the postage — usually $10–15. $150 Local Brisbane drop-off (free) By arrangement — we confirm a time and location after payment. $150

Mailing your device in: there’s no postage surcharge — you buy the postage yourself, and a small tracked satchel is usually $10–15. After payment we email you our Australia Post Parcel Collect address with full packing instructions. Send it with Australia Post on a tracked service, and send it as a parcel: a Parcel Collect point only accepts items lodged with Australia Post, so a courier can’t deliver to it, and it refuses letter-class mail including Express Post letters.

Transit is at your own risk until the parcel reaches us and custody begins — add Extra Cover at the Post Office if you want the device covered on the way. Cover of any kind protects the physical device’s replacement value only; it does not cover the data on it (recovering that is the service you’re booking).

Getting your device to us

Local Brisbane drop-off is available by arrangement at no charge, or choose mail-in and we'll email you our Australia Post Parcel Collect address with packing instructions after payment — you buy the postage at the counter. Power the device off and don't charge, reset, or update it before it reaches us — see the full shipping and safe-handover guidance for packing details. You'll receive a written custody record before storage begins. The next screen is Stripe's secure payment page — we never see or store your card details.
